- Say Yes More Often
- Its OK to waste time on yourself
- Understand the difference between eternal Happiness and Instant gratification/Pleasure
- Exercise with weights/ as if your life depends on it
- Talk to people more in a open way - (Ask Why did you chose to ...eat at this restaurant, travel by train...rather than Did you take the train?)
- Invite chaos in your life - Dont get me wrong here - Chaos is not bad, it brings in more learning - learn to seperate the non essentials and focus on the diamonds
- Act Alive - dont allow stress to overwhelm your life. Take a walk, watch your fav action movie, read rags to riches kind of stories, know for certain that many people less fortunate than you are have tread this ground and achieved a lot more....so buck up - not buckle down......
- Complain Less - But speak when its needed.
- Be Assertive - Not Aggressive, Not Passive. Assertiveness is a more Powerful YOU
- BE YOURSELF. Coach someone, mentor someone less fortunate and be filled with Gratitude and Humility.
