Happy in 2 Minutes

Whenever you need to feel a wave of happiness there is a quick technique you can use to be happy.
Positive Imagination is a technique of Positive Thinking which can be used for many things, in this case it’s used for 2 minutes happiness.
Whenever you need to feel happy try this simple imagination technique:
1.Close your eyes
2.Take five deep, relaxing breaths (use your belly to push air in and out)
3.Remember a time when you felt really, completely happy, when you were a child, or the day of your marriage, when your loved one accepted to become your boyfriend or girlfriend, etc.
4.Melt in that pleasurable sensation
5.Imagine that now you can be as happy as you were then
6.Imagine yourself happy, feel happy
7.Open you eyes and grasp that happy feeling, don’t let it go away
8.Decide that for the rest of the day you’ll remain as happy as you are now, whatever happens
9.Feel Happy, Be Happy
Seems too simple? Far from it, this simple imagination technique works perfectly and, just like every technique or tool, the more you use it the more skillful you get at it and the more you receive from it. Practice makes Perfection, and this is a Universal Law.
Use it any time you need it, or every morning to begin each day with the right mood. So, now, imagine to be happy.
